Real Estate & Economics
After serving as an Information Technology leader for a commercial real estate company, a public home builder and a private real estate business (one of the largest in the nation) and seeing the inside scoop on how this business really works, I coupled that with my expertise in economics to analyze and understand what is happening in the markets today.
As a real estate investor/analyst and a professor teaching economics, technology and finance, I have woven these subjects into my work as a real estate and economics expert. I regularly appear on cable and network television as the go-to person for expertise and current news - I also regularly present at conferences and create presentations for businesses and conventions.
I take newsworthy, current topics and analyze them from the professional and consumer perspective, and relate them to what is happening in the broader economy. I am available to book seminars as well and do several throughout the year in multifamily, residential and luxury markets.
I take a broader, macro look at the economy in general; also analzying the stock market, the local markets, and how Main Street and Wall Street see life differently. This uniqueness brings diversity to analysis and important, relevant information to consumers.
