Professor & Online Teaching Coach
I have been a professor for over ten years; starting at Loma Linda University as an Assistant Professor teaching Healthcare Information Technology. Today, I teach for two on-ground schools (UC Irvine and Chapman College), and I am a professor for several online universities.
In my opinion, online learning will be the primary method to achieving an education in today's busy world. Having taught online and on ground for over ten years, I do my best to bring my dynamic experience and application of theory to practice into the classroom for learners at all levels. I regularly work with students from associates to doctoral level work. I am a mentor and committee chair for many learners working on their comprehensive examinations and dissertations, and have been honored with winning several awards for service and dedication as a faculty mentor and department and course lead.
Another big part of my business is helping others become online teachers. Many people want to leave Corporate America - or supplement their income. Online teaching is one way to reach out to so many people and help them achieve their goals while still
balancing family needs - even being able to stay home with children while working full time. I feel so strongly about this incredible experience that I co authored a book,

Jim Mirabella. I also consult with individuals who want to become teachers to help them write their Curriculum Vitae's, pursue job opportunities, and explore options available to them. I host a
teaching forum for educators and
speak across the nation at seminars to help people enter this exciting, rewarding and amazing upcoming field.
