Hello and welcome to The Babb Group. My name is Phillip Hollowell, and I am the Director of Information Technology and Web Development. I run the technology side of the house for Dani. I have been in the IT field for 18 years and have experience across the board. I have done computer engineering, web design, basic computer repair, worked in a helpdesk, performed network support, and handled systems administration and security. If it is IT related, chances are that I have had my hands in it at some point in my career. 

Hello, my name is Derek Day. I am the Director of Research for The Babb Group and, as such, I am responsible for conducting research and support. I pride myself on gathering accurate and innovative data that helps everyone on the team. I gather data through primary research, as well as writing on numerous and various topics. I also work closely with the people we serve answering questions and providing information to help them reach their goals; I take great pride in being a partner for their success.

In addition to my work here, I am also a faculty member of an online university, teaching undergraduate courses in business, marketing and management. Education is my passion and a pillar of freedom in my life.  I love everything about teaching. As an online facilitator and professor I hope to help my students have similar experiences, finding their own enlightenment and sense of freedom through online education. My goal is to expand my teaching opportunities in this area as a part of my commitment to maintain a lifelong relationship with distance education.

Hello, my name is Meaghan Barnett, and I am the Editorial Director for The Babb Group. My job here is to edit content for publication and oversee copy/image delivery.

I have over 23 years of experience in proofreading and editing such documents as books, business publications, journals, and magazines, and have worked as a freelance editor for the last 10 years. In addition to working with professionals, I serve as a consultant, mentor, and advisor to numerous doctoral students.
