Download my professional bio.
I am an enthusiast for democracy, the economy, capitalism, people, and living one's dreams and realizing one's passions in life. I have devoted my career to engaging with people and guiding them in their quest to make their personal goals and desires become reality.
I am passionate about educating consumers on the markets, how to make money and residual income, how to live their dreams, and how to have the life they desire and will work hard for. Coming from very modest roots, I strongly believe that education and hard work are the foundation for turning every goal and dream into reality.
What do I do? I am a faculty member for online and on-ground universities and teach students from the associate level through the doctorate level. In addition to being the Dean for Andrew Jackson University's School of Business, I teach economics, technology, statistics, healthcare information technology, business/management, and many other fascinating subjects. I am a natural writer, and have authored several books on real estate, technology, and teaching. I am a business contributor for Multihousing Professional magazine, and a columnist for Entrepreneur.com.
I am the "go to" expert for many news channels and networks on cable and local television. I analyze real estate and market data, economics, and technology and statistics. I offer a unique perspective to educate consumers on what is taking place in the market, and to offer a fresh look for people on Main Street where analysis really counts. I am a licensed real estate agent, although real estate is not my primary profession. Above all else, I am a teacher and a mentor. I help people achieve their goals, whether it be in the classroom, starting a business, or becoming an online educator.
I am a professed workaholic. I have a passion for analyzing the markets, studying biology, medicine, healthcare, and technology, and being put on the spot by the news anchors and entrepreneurs on shows. I love being real with people; I love the thrill of life – of success – and all the ups and downs that go with it. I sure prefer the ups but learn the most from the downs! :)
My Hobbies
I enjoy doing so many things – how do I pick just one? I love to race my car, Manny ... FAST! If you are reading this, and you are a cop, then, "Officer, I have never broken the speed limit!" :) (You can see more pictures of Manny on the right.)
I love to hit the gym, figure skate, raise koi, and trade stocks (I'm still a day trader... eek!). You can see pictures of my precious koi on the top right. I love technology, home interior design, writing, and the strategy behind politics. I have too many hobbies to list here, but work is my main hobby and is what takes the majority of my time. I spend about 25% of the year traveling.
I live in California and New York City; both unique in their own right, but I sure do miss driving Manny around when I am not in California. I have been very fortunate to be able to travel around the world, and have had the opportunity to meet many amazing people. I have visited most states and many countries, and stay on the road as often as possible.
I absolutely love sharing my passion for entrepreneurship and the tremendous capability we have in this country to do what makes us happy – that is a gift that can never be taken too lightly! Contact Me

... Dr. Dani; I just want to thank you for inspiring me to change my career. I have worked for many years as a controller and director in the corporate world. As I have aged (I am 55 now) I have found it more difficult to get a good job, competing against younger candidates. I now teach for three online schools. I bought your book and took your advice. I am teaching for Axia, Colorado Tech, and Kaplan. As I add more classes, I will find my threshold. I hope to enjoy a six figure income soon. Thanks again.
