Thanks for checking out my site! My name is Danielle Babb. I'm an enthusiast for democracy, the economy, capitalism, people, and living ones dreams and passions through your work. I've devoted my career and life to engaging with people to make these personal goals and desires reality.

I am passionate about educating consumers on the economy, how to make money and residual income, how to live their dreams, and how to have the life they want and deserve. Coming from very modest roots, I strongly believe in education as the foundation to every goal and dream we have becoming the life we live each day.

What do I do? I am a faculty  member for online and on ground universities. I teach economics, technology, statistics, and business/management. I also teach courses at UC Irvine on foreclosures and online businesses. I am an author and have written books on real estate, technology and teaching, and I am a consultant and analyst.

I am a go-to expert for many news channels and networks on cable and local television.  I analyze real estate and market data, economics, technology and statistics to offer a unique perspective to educate consumers on what is taking place in the market, and to offer a fresh perspective to business people and Wall Street.  I'm a licensed real estate agent, though it is not my primary profession. Above all else, I am a teacher; a mentor.  I help people achieve their goals whether it be in the classroom or in the boardroom. I work with associates degree level learners all the way through doctoral learners working on their dissertations, or serving as their committee chair or a member of their team.

I am an admitted work-aholic; I have a passion for studying biology and medicine, healthcare, technology, working out at the gym, raising koi, writing, analysis, and being put on the spot by all of these news hosts!  I love the thrill of life – of success – of being who I want. I put together presentations for companies and conferences, and love engaging with people to talk about new ideas. I love.. life - and all the ups and downs that go with it.
